Ann-Marie has created a 3H (head, hand, heart) coaching system for embodied leadership system – a simple system for deep personal transformation for you to be who you are and get what you want.
Your thoughts (Head) drives your words and feelings (Heart), and your words and feelings drive your behaviours and actions (Hands), and your behaviours and actions determine your outcomes and results. Your thoughts are conditioned by your environment, your context, your lived experiences and the primary influences in your life.
Note: While there are clear steps in the process, deep inner personal transformation work is not a linear or sequential process. We work through elements from each step as needed. Inner personal transformation requires courage, curiosity and commitment supported by practice.
