“Life is not measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” Maya Angelou
We are experiencing challenging times with COVID-19 and perhaps the Universe is inviting us to “be” and focus on what truly is important in this moment.
The past is gone and the future is not guaranteed. “Be” and “being” are challenging for many of us who have been conditioned to be achievers. It is interesting that we are labeled human beings, yet we spent so little of our lives being.
When I be, I am present, I am still, I am quiet, I am calm, I am peaceful, and I am open. When I be, I am able to access the wisdom and insights that are within me, and to be open to the gifts that I am to receive. This gives me clarity to let go of what no longer serves me and to embrace what is serving me.
I invite you to “be” today. Tune into my video https://vimeo.com/398709491 and “be”.
Reflection: What might a daily practice of “be” look like for you and what might it serve you? What’s on your to “be” list?
